We offer support for progressive and conscious parenting. Maybe you’ve read some of the books but you feel stuck because day-to-day you aren’t able to implement those ideas. What are you struggling with? What do you want more of? What do you need? What do your children need? As parents, we are effective to the extent that we experience meaningful support. It is so challenging to be mindful, present and compassionate when we are sleep-deprived, lonely, isolated and confused.
